Having practiced yoga most of my adult life, and whilst moving from London to Essex in 2014, I took the opportunity to study to become a yoga teacher. I passed my 500hr CYQ diploma in Hatha yoga in 2016 and set up my own business soon after. In 2019, I completed a second course; RYT 200hr diploma in teaching vinyasa yoga and was happily teaching from my own studio as well as various other places within Colchester and the surrounding area.
Dr Caroline Marfleet has been a Specialist in Womens Health for over 40 years. Her interest lie in helping women from puberty, through the reproductive years, the menopause and the post-menopause. She is accredited by the British Menopause Society as an Advanced Menopause Specialist.
I have been a massage therapist since 2006 and qualified as a Pilates instructor in 2017. The human body and the reasons why we can end up in pain fascinate me. Trauma, illness, postural patterns, stress and anxiety can all result in acute and chronic pain. Over the years I have completed extensive training – learning different techniques for helping people get out of pain and become more mobile.
